Good Beer Guide on an annual basis.

Why not pass the afternoon or evening playing a game of traditional Hood Skittles. The game originates from Northamptonshire and is one of the most enjoyable of all the traditional English pub games.

The Lamb has a team who meet every Tuesday night and play in the local league.

They also have a pretty sharp darts team who meet every Monday.

There is a full size dart board with professional darts sets and accessories available behind the bar.

The area is popular with outdoor pursuits and the pub plays host to the regular shoots which take place throughout the season laying on superb banquets of roast beef or game with all the trimmings. The pubs is also ideally situated for walkers and cyclists and is used by several clubs. There are some some fine circular walks in the area and the famous Salcey Forest is only a few miles up the road where you can use the infamous tree top walk !!
